Builder Plan Search - Search 1000's of UNPUBLISHED Designs

Search thousands of unpublished designs with our 'Builder Plan Search' form. Designed and reserved for building professionals who want to hone in on the exact details required for their project, this tool searches all the plans and customer options we have in our database. Due to the technical data fields that are searchable, this function is not available to members of the public.

Discount on House Plan purchases

When you're ready to order your house plans, call our sales line and place your order with one of our staff. You'll receive your discount at the time of ordering. Labor based services (drafting, engineering services, graphic design services, etc.) are excluded from discounts.

Embed Plan Search In Your Website

We provide a unique code snippet to embed a Mascord Plan Search tool directly into your own website and allow your website visitors to find the perfect plan without leaving your domain. Discreetly branded, this embeddable widget requires minimal web programming knowledge to set up, but provides the full power of Mascord's plan search tools. The search results and plan pages include our 360-degree renderings, photography, and all the beautiful graphics you would expect from us, but without the distraction of plan purchase tools or redirects. You customers are free to browse, and then contact you to get started on their project.

Your Company Listings on Our Website

We host a Builders Directory as a service to home owners who want to find a professional experienced with building Mascord homes. The directory includes a profile page which lists Mascord homes that you have had experience building.

Additionally, we highlight your company on the plan page of homes you have previously constructed. Homeowners can easily find a builder experienced constructing their chosen design.
