Price: $100 signup, $50 renewal per year

Each time you make a stock plan purchase, you’ll earn reward dollars to apply to future stock plan purchases, and to assist you with marketing your homes, we provide marketing materials free of charge — including the Mascord Collection binder, containing over 500 plans you can show potential clients. In addition, we’ll send you our magazine, Living Spaces, featuring hundreds of pages of great plans and exquisite photography! You will also receive personalized product support and an invite to our builder partner round table discussions, when we host them.

  Over 500 of our best selling plans organized conveniently in a three ring binder Annual Updates — about 50 new plans a year added to our collection.

• Marketing Materials — up to $50 value per plan selected
  

  Unlimited Color renderings, simplified floor plan prints (just like we use online), and PDF flyers available at no extra cost, 24/7 from our Online Material Library (login details will be provided to new members). Additionally, customized PDF flyers imprinted with your logo and contact details are available at a 50% discounted rate of $25 per plan. Custom posters available at a discounted price too!

• Volume Based Discount
  

  Immediately earn 5% of the amount spent on any of our plan packages as a banked discount reward. Your Reward rate doubles once you’ve reached $5000 spent on plan packages within the membership year– earning you 10% of the amount spent on our plan packages. Rewards are redeemable on any of our plan packages (drafting labor, engineering services, graphics services, etc. are excluded).

• Listing on our website
  

  We produce a Builder Directory as a service to our clients who may need the services of a professional contractor. Upon request, we will add Builder Partner Program members to the resource list.

• Roundtable discussions
  

  Join key members of our design and production staff to discuss how we can provide you the best possible products for your specific requirements. Breakfasts or lunches will be conveniently scheduled on a regular basis.
