We have construction packages available for many building scenarios, and to suit the requirements of many different consruction teams. Whether your local building department requires multiple paper copies, or your sub-subcontractors all use digital files - we have the package for you!
Available Packages:
Bid Set
A single set of construction drawings stamped 'Not For Construction' - to help you to get bids on building your home. The amount paid is refunded with the purchase of a full construction package for the same home. It's important to note that this package is not licensed for construction.
5 Set package
Five sets of printed construction drawings to use for permit acquisition and construction of a single residence. Please confirm the number of construction sets you need with your building department and any subcontractors you utilize. This package contains five sets of drawings and one set of beam calculations.
8 Set package
This package contains eight sets of printed construction drawings to use for permit acquisition and construction of a single residence, and a single copy of the beam calculations. If your construction project needs more than five sets of construction documents, the eight set package satisfies the requirements of most.
Hybrid Package
The 'hybrid' set is a mix of paper printed construction documents and a digital copy of your drawing files. The package contains five sets of printed construction drawings to use for permits, plus a digital 'bidset' stamped 'not for construction' to keep on file, on your portable device, or send to sub-contractors for bidding purposes. The purchase of this package requires signed license agreement.
Digital PDF Plan Set
The digital PDF set allows you to print as many copies of your construction drawings as you need for the construction of a single residence - without shipping. To modify the plan, simply print on vellum and make changes by hand. A signed license agreement is required, along with specific site address.
Reproducible Vellums
A single set of construction drawings printed on vellum allows you to make plan changes by hand. Once your plan has been modified to suit your needs, you can make as many photocopies as needed for the construction of a single residence. A signed license agreement is required.
Digital CAD File
An AutoCAD digital file allows plan changes to be made using professional CAD software. If you want to modify a plan and would like to do that locally, a digital file offers the most flexibility. Once your plan has been modified to suit your needs, you can print as many copies as needed for the construction of a single residence.
