When the Rivolis began the homebuilding process, the LEED for Homes program was still evolving from criteria originally intended solely for commercial buildings. The Rivolis had quite a few questions that lacked clearly defined answers, and they found it challenging to navigate the LEED requirements and checklists.

It all starts in the classroom. Getting a good understanding of how a home is put together is paramount for anybody heading into construction - and who better to help them understand than those in the industry currently? We are proud to support Oregon City High School with materials needed to provide a hands-on learning experience, and are wonderfully pleased at the job these students do in producing scale versions of the homes we have designed. Great job!

Places to work and play. Bedrooms for the whole family. Areas to welcome guests. Nooks to retreat to. Spaces for storage. All the pieces needed to create an elegant-yet-comfortable family home perfectly fit together in this design.
