This Southern Colonial Style home combines architectural components from Colonial, Country, European, and Traditional house plans to create a classically beautiful home that also reflects and accommodates modern lifestyles. These spacious and inviting house plans include four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, lots of storage space, and other great indoor and outdoor features.
As you walk up towards this home, you will notice the fantastic façade featuring tall shutters and columns and a lovely front porch, all of which contribute to the majestic yet inviting atmosphere of this house. When you enter the front door, you will be greeted by a staircase that runs up to the second story of the home. To the right of the front entrance is the study which looks out onto the front porch and serves as a pleasant office or library space. As you continue down the main floor corridor, a common feature in southern house plans, you will find the formal dining room which then opens up into the great room and kitchen. The ample great room comes equipped with a built-in media space and connects to the back porch, so you can take your small gatherings or large festivities outside, weather permitting. The kitchen comes with an island, walk-in pantry, and cozy little nook that looks out into the backyard and is perfect for intimate family meals. Just beyond the kitchen is one of the four bedrooms, with its own full bathroom and closet space.
Heading back towards the staircase, and going on up to the second floor, you will notice a large room to the left. This room can serve as a guest suite, more office space, another bedroom or family room, a game room, a utility room, the possibilities are endless. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, which not only has a large walk-in closet and bathroom that comes with a spa bath, but also opens out onto its own private covered deck. The remaining two bedrooms are located next to the master bedroom and each have their own closet space and share the third full bathroom. The bedroom located at the opposite end of the hall to the master bedroom also has access to its own covered deck that looks out towards the street. Heading back downstairs, you can take a right into the two car garage, which not only has plenty of storage space, but its own counter, freezer/refrigerator space, and outdoor sink.
