This spacious Craftsman-style cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half-bathroom, two-car garage and the ideal amenities for a two-story home.
As you pull up to the Gutenberg home design, you’ll notice that the front walkway isn’t next to the driveway. Instead, a separate pathway guides you to the front door. When you enter the foyer, you’ll immediately find the great room to the right and a power room to the left, next to the coat closet and the entrance into the garage, which has a shop. The great room opens up into the dining room and kitchen area and includes a built-in for your entertainment system. In the southeast corner of the dining room, you’ll find a door that leads to a small patio on the side of the home – the perfect location for a water feature, bench or a small outside table to enjoy your meals. The kitchen is the ideal entertainment hot spot, with its spacious wraparound counters, an out-of-the-way desk, a walk-in pantry and a large island with a stovetop and breakfast bar. At the back of the kitchen, a small hallway leads to a storage closet, a mudroom with access to the driveway, and a large office with a vaulted ceiling.
The west side of the dining room has a staircase that ascends to the home’s three bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you’ll face a full bathroom and a linen closet. To the left of the bathroom, you’ll find a bedroom and a complete utility room with a washer, dryer and sink. At the opposite end of the bathroom the master suite with a vaulted ceiling, private bathroom with dual sinks and an ample walk-in closet. Opposite the master bedroom is another bedroom with a smaller walk-in closet.
