This week’s featured home, the Hayword, takes advantage of this architectural aphorism – indeed, the house plan’s major feature is a vaulted great room that is naturally filled with light streaming from a wall of gorgeous windows. Let’s take a tour of these two-bedroom, two-bath home plans, which are perfect for first-time homeowners and empty nesters alike.
When viewed from overhead, the Hayword house plan is square in shape. Approaching the front façade, you’ll see a couple of offset rooms on the left and a garage on the right.
