This house plan offers traditional beauty with a Frank Lloyd Wright design motif and natural materials that can create suburban oasis. This two-story home includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a half bath, three-car garage and traditional amenities found in Craftsman house plans that are sure to please.
As you walk up to the home, you’ll notice the deeply overhanging eaves and the front porch beneath an extension of the main, low-pitched roof. As you enter the foyer, the kitchen and dining space are on your left, the great room with a vaulted ceiling is directly in front of you, and to the right is an area that leads to an office, the master suite, utility room, attached garage and stairs that lead down to the lower portion of the house. The great room and the nook to its left both provide access to the deck, which offers the perfect spot for outdoor entertainment. The master suite features a spacious, spa-like bathroom with dual sinks that leads to a walk-in closet.
Continuing to the lower level of the home, you’ll immediately see a full-sized communal bathroom at the bottom of the stairs, while to the left is an ample recreation room with built-ins and access to the patio. The short hallway next to the bathroom leads to three bedrooms. The largest of the rooms has its own private powder room, making it an ideal guest room.
